At Doctor Scrubs Contracting & Exterior Solutions, our story is built on teamwork, trust, and quality craftsmanship. What started as a shared vision between two lifelong friends has grown into a full-service home improvement company known for reliability and personalized service.

While pursuing degrees in economics as student athletes, Jake Checchio and Luke Marion began this business in the summer of 2024, building on a passionate background in entrepreneurship developed through their childhood friendship. Growing up in the same town, their early work included power washing and mulching in warmer seasons, and shoveling driveways during major winter storms. While attending school and playing on the same sports teams, they found joy in the hustle within the limited free time they had. This shared experience inspired the creation of the business and a return to what brought them fulfillment: serving others and seeing clients’ reactions when results are delivered.

Today, Jake and Luke have quickly scaled the business into a home improvement company driven by transparency, affordability, and reliability. Our mission has always been simple: delivering construction services homeowners can trust, while ensuring every project meets the highest standards of safety and compliance. Rooted in Warren, NJ, our team is proud to serve both residential and commercial clients throughout the extended New Jersey community.
